ANVI Foundation: Empowering Lives Globally
Association New Visionary Illuminatis “ANVI” foundation is a registered Dutch charitable entity listed under Dutch Regulations as ANBI/ RSIN 818615850 since 2005 (Chambers of Commerce in Netherlands KVK 08133952). The RSIN number confirms the status of ANVI being an international charitable organization.
The purpose of the foundation is to promote equality for all, at the levels of social, cultural, professional, and political life, and to promote social cohesion and integration. It is also a philanthropic association, bringing support for natural catastrophes and ultimately with the social purpose of humanitarian activities aimed at promoting sustainable development and helping disadvantaged populations at the national and international levels.

ANVI operates with a streamlined organizational structure, designed for agility and impact. The Board includes professionals from diverse backgrounds—social services, development aid, and the international financial sector—ensuring a well-rounded and strategic approach to governance.

Piet Ijben
Board Member
With over 30 years of experience in development cooperation and administrative leadership, Mr. Ijben supports international project development and oversees organizational processes and compliance.
Vipin Dya
Board Member
Mr. Dya offers valuable expertise in international finance. He provides strategic advice on financial matters and supports ANVI’s consultation and funding efforts.
ANVI’s Board members do not receive any salary for their roles. The organization operates exclusively with volunteers who contribute their time and expertise. Only verified out-of-pocket expenses are reimbursed, in line with our values of transparency and service.
